I make art because I enjoy it, it relaxes me and it makes me think about the changes I want in life. Ever since I was a child I have been told that I'm creative and I should seek out a way of expressing that creativity. When I began to draw, It made my life completely different. Drawing all the time made me a better person and also made me see thing closer to what they really are. When I do art it makes me feel like the problems just simply fades away and I am left with an open mind welcoming the good in the world. I love do draw and see the beautiful pieces I can do. Sometimes I feel as if I could do it better, even though it's a good piece of work. I aspire to get much better and never stop improving. I love any change I can make in this world from minor to drastic levels and one day it will be a place in which i'll finally enjoy living. There are so many thing I can do that I have not tried.
Through my pieces of art I show the beauty in the world and of people. This is seen through the eyes of the work I do. I believe that it also shows a story that can not be heard but seen in the eyes. I try to make it seem as if it's a beautiful picture, however only a true admirer can see the true confidence and their dark side hiding behind their flawless face. I choose materials that can be spontaneous and sometimes totally random. Sometimes when I begin a watercolor painting, I have nothing planed out and just go along with what I have. I don't have a certain way it is suppose to look. In my pencil drawings I love to create value and form. Making it look realistic with a hint of my own style.
I always hope to make something that I can hold dearly and will represent how I view myself. Knowing that beauty is for the ones dared to change it. During this period of time I feel that my artwork could be greatly improved. I want to get out of my comfort zone and try other techniques and themes. I would probably find a new artful way of expressing my thoughts. I want to challenge my skills and be pushed to be better. Being great is not always enough for some.
